The RotoCar system enables the rapid and efficient cleaning or pipes and conduits usng a flexible lance.
The lance is rotated by a motor and reducer, and it is initially protected by a metallic sleeve. The nozzle holder can be supported at the center of a large diameter pipe by an adjustable dolly. Two versions are available, for pressures up to 1500 and 3000bar.
The RotoCar functions rotating an high-pressure flexible lance. Movement is driven by a pneumatic motor through a reducer, at speeds between 20 and 300rpm. A different mechanism pushes or pulls the lance automatically.
Both rotation speed and draw speed are adjustable by the operators. A clutch allows the rotation of the lance only when high-pressure water feed is present. There are applicable tools for unplugging and cleaning, with various number and configuration of nozzles.
