The TR4 rotary head is the most versatile of our solutions thanks to the replaceable head kits.
It is based on an in-house swivel joint driven by an hydraulic motor through a gearbox. Motor and hydraulic fittings are protected from debris by a large carter. Gears and moving parts are placed inside a structural aluminium alloy case. The construction allows the head to sustain reaction forces up to 1500N.
The hydrodemolition kit has a small diameter and two nozzle posts. The seats are angled outside to prevent shaded area behind rebar.
The cleaning and paint removal kit is composed of a large diameter rotor on which nozzle posts are perpendicular to the plane of rotation.
Both kits can be assembled with various combinations of lances and nozzles depending on the requirements.
The compact version TR6, has been succesfully used in the Combi Truck mobile application for cleaning of tollbooths and concrete barriers, with dedicated rotors capable of supporting up to eight nozzle per head.

Our Eterna head is the most advanced solution for the high-depth hydrodemolition with high power waterjets.
As opposed to other oscillating heads on the market, its movement system accelerates and decelerates the lance gradually to avoid shocks. This provides a more even energy delivery and a longer lifespan of the attached flexible hose. The compact crankcase also improves lifespan.
The system is designed to resist reaction forces up to 3000N, making it compatible with the most powerful pump units on the market.
The head can be configured with lances of any lenght and connection type.
The oscillation angle is adjustable and the oscillation speed can be controlled hydraulically.

As opposed to conventional heads, our mechanism does not require an high-pressure swivel joint, and reduces drastically torsion and vibrations on the hose.
It is splash lubricated and driven by an hydraulic motor. The head is protected from debris by a carter.
The head can be configured with lances of any lenght and connection type, and it can be adapted to work with any pressure and flowrate.
