Blaster Frame 2.0 is our solution for hydrodemolition and hydroscarification.
It is a versatile application, suitable for tall vertical walls and ceilings.
The system is available in two main variants: for mast climbing platforms and for telescopic handlers
- MAST CLIMBING PLATFORM – Modular system with easy installation, to achieve the maximum productivity without needing frequent repositioning and re-installations
- TELESCOPIC HANDLER – System applicable to forklift forks, with tilt and direction function to follow the concrete surface.
It is designed to simplify repositioning in the work site and provide the maximum flexibility of application.

The system is based on an hydrodemolition head, with single or multiple nozzles, installed on a mobile frame with two axes.
Electrical and hydraulic connections are installed on a fixed plate through quick couplings to streamline installation on the worksite. The head is provided with a carter to contain spray and nebulization and stop the demolition debris. All hydraulic and electric components are further protected by dedicated stainless-steel covers.
