Combi Truck is a series of unique mobile waterjetting applications.
Originally developed for cleaning operations and based on the Iveco Eurocargo 180 frame, it can be applied to different platforms and adapted to other functions, among which:
• cleaning of motorway barriers and toll booths
• removal of horizontal road signs
• preparation and roughening of road surfaces
• removal of rubber from airport runways
• cleaning of road tunnels
Jetblast designs and produces Combi Truck applications entirely on client’s request, adapting the basic design to the final user’s requirements, and including the installation of any combination of retractable arms for:
- Detergent spray
- Mechanical cleaning with rotating brushes
- Automated waterjetting with rotary heads
- Manual waterjetting with lances
- Recovery and recycling of used water
Water is contained in a stainless-steel tank, which can be separated into compartments for clean water and water recovered from the road surface after use. Total capacity can be up to 10000 liters.
There is also the possibility of installing tanks for pure or diluted detergent.
The vehicle can be outfitted with an hydrostatic transmission which allows slow, automated movement during operation, and provides a controllable power take-off to drive the pumps and accessories without surges or unnecessary power consumption.
