Our tank cleaning systems allow the fully automated cleaning of any vertical tank or industrial mixer. It is based on rotary cleaning heads, applicable on either rigid lances or flexible hose reels.
Positioning of the cleaning head is possible by using an electric motor with gearbox, either attached to the hose reel or acting on a rack and pinion. Thanks to the high reduction ratio and the low movement speed power draw is very limited. Worm gear reducers are also locking, so brakes are not necessary and the cleaning head will not fall even in the event of failure or power outage.
Multiple cleaning systems can be controlled by a centralised PLC and fed by the same pump unit through high pressure valves and switching boxes.
When the cleaning system is not in use the cleaning head is retracted in an housing external to the tank, with access doors to allow for inspection and maintenance. The complete uniti s installed on standard flanges and can be completely removed for maintenance. It i salso possible to install valves to separate the tank from the cleaning system during production.
