Our scaffolding cleaning system has been developed for the cleaning of scaffold pipes and planks.
It is based on a rotating head, installed on a system of carriages and lifts that allow positioning in any point within a range of heights over the cleaning surface. Anti-debris covers are installed on the cleaning area. The cleaning head can clean all parts of fixed scaffolds, from planks to handrails, up to the supports.
The hydraulic powerpack is located on a carriage that follows the cleaning head on its longitudinal motion, high pressure water is supplied by an external pump unit. Hydraulic lines, electric cables and the high-pressure hose reach the cleaning head through a plastic energy chain.
The carriage system is based on sturdy racks and pinions moved by hydraulic motors and gearboxes, proven by years of experience in hydrodemolition applications.. All rollers and moving parts are shielded by stainless steel carters. Safety protections prevent nearby workers from reaching the moving parts during operation, except near the control panel and the emergency stop buttons, which are present on both sides.
